Learning & Leadership Partner

London | 5 days a week in office | c.£65,000 + benefits

We’re partnering with a high-growth, international fintech business as they continue to scale their UK operation.

They are looking for a Learning & Leadership Partner to join their London team and play a key role in developing managers, strengthening leadership capability and building a high-performance culture across the business.

This is a hands-on, commercially focused role for someone who enjoys being close to the business. You’ll work directly with managers — from first-time team leaders through to regional leadership — helping them develop their leadership style, manage performance effectively and build high-performing teams.

The Role

You’ll help shape and deliver the UK leadership and learning agenda, with a particular focus on manager development, coaching, performance and accountability.

You’ll:

  • Coach managers 1:1 and in groups on leadership, accountability, performance and difficult conversations
  • Support first-time managers in developing strong and consistent leadership habits
  • Design and deliver practical leadership development sessions
  • Coach managers through performance conversations, probation and challenging people situations
  • Support the embedding of consistent leadership and performance standards
  • Partner with People teams to identify capability gaps and trends across the organisation
  • Work with commercial and training teams to identify leadership gaps impacting productivity and performance
  • Translate business priorities into targeted learning and leadership interventions
  • Provide recommendations to senior HR leadership around development priorities and capability risks
  • Help build a strong, consistent and high-performance leadership culture

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
