About The Role

Join Telford College as our Learner Manager for Foundation & King’s Trust, leading a dedicated team delivering high-quality provision across SEND, Independence, Personal Development and Employability pathways. This is an exciting opportunity for an inspirational leader with a passion for inclusive education to drive outstanding learner outcomes, shape curriculum delivery and support students to achieve their full potential. You will lead teaching teams, champion high standards, and work closely with staff, employers and partners to create exceptional learning experiences that prepare learners for life and work.

The Role

The purpose of this role is to:

  • Provide operational leadership and management for the Foundation and King’s Trust curriculum, consisting of SEND, Independence, Personal Development and Employability pathways. Fostering a culture of ambition, professionalism and continuous improvement that enables staff and students to meet their potential and more.
  • Design and deliver high-quality, inclusive and responsive curriculum that meet student, employer and sector needs and secure excellent outcomes and progression.
  • Take ownership of student experience, quality, safeguarding and compliance, representing the college with integrity while contributing to strategic priorities, partnerships and sustainable performance.
  • Undertake teaching responsibilities commensurate with the level of the post as agreed for the curriculum area, including own timetable and cover as required.
