Job Title: Learning Mentor
Part Time: 31 hours per week, 38.6 weeks per year
Salary: £19,763 - £21,764 (actual)

This is an externally funded fixed-term position for an initial 12-month period, which may be extended for up to a further 12 months subject to continued funding.

About the Role

As a Learning Mentor, you will be a key part of that journey — offering guidance, motivation and practical support to help students overcome barriers and thrive, academically and personally.
You will not be stuck behind a desk — you will be in the heart of the action, working one-to-one and in small groups with students who need a trusted adult to believe in them.
No school experience? No problem. We welcome people from all walks of life – youth workers, sports coaches, creatives, graduates, career-changers – anyone with the passion and resilience to support young people.
