Learning Mentor - Bespoke SEND Support across Cambridgeshire

Inspire EHC is seeking a compassionate and committed Learning Mentor to provide bespoke 1:1 and small-group support for primary-aged learners with Autism, SEMH, EBSA, and complex needs across Cambridgeshire.

As a Learning Mentor, You Will

  • Deliver personalised learning and mentoring support that helps pupils re-engage with education
  • Use creative, flexible, and nurturing approaches tailored to each learner's individual needs
  • Build positive, trusting relationships with learners, families, schools, and other professionals
  • Support emotional wellbeing, confidence, routines, and readiness to learn
  • Travel to learner locations across Cambridgeshire, including home, community, rural, and city-based settings

What We Are Looking For In Our Learning Mentors

  • Experience supporting children or young people with SEND, SEMH, EBSA, or complex needs
  • A patient, trauma-informed, and relationship-led approach
  • The ability to adapt learning and mentoring support to suit individual needs
  • Strong communication skills, resilience, and a calm, reliable manner
  • Availability for 10, 15, 25, or 30-hour contract options
