We are seeking a Learning Operations Manager
This role sits at the intersection of learning technology, education operations, certification programs, and partner enablement. You will own the operational foundation that enables customers and partners to successfully learn, certify, and grow their expertise on Pigment.
While you will serve as the primary administrator for our learning technology ecosystem, including our LMS and supporting learning tools, your success will ultimately be measured by program adoption, certification growth, learner engagement, and ecosystem development rather than platform administration alone.
Working closely with Professional Services, Partner Enablement, Customer Success, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will help build the systems, processes, and programs that scale education across the entire Pigment ecosystem.
What You'll do:
Own Learning Operations and Program Delivery
- Manage the operational execution of customer and partner education programs at scale.
- Design and continuously improve operational workflows that reduce manual effort and increase program efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to automate learner communications, registrations, reminders, certifications, and reporting through AI-enabled workflows and platform automation.
- Evaluate emerging AI tools and capabilities that improve learner support, program administration, and operational scalability.
- Develop repeatable systems that allow education programs to grow without linear increases in administrative effort.
Drive Certification and Ecosystem Growth
- Support the growth and adoption of Pigment certification programs across customers and partners.
- Help develop certification pathways that support learner progression from foundational to advanced expertise.
- Partner with stakeholders to drive awareness, participation, and completion rates.
- Support train-the-trainer initiatives that expand Pigment's education delivery capacity.
- Contribute to the growth of the broader implementation talent ecosystem through scalable education programs.
- Leverage AI-assisted engagement strategies to improve learner activation, certification completion, and program participation.
- Use data and predictive insights to identify opportunities to improve learner progression through certification pathways.
- Experiment with AI-enabled approaches for talent ecosystem growth and readiness.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
