We’re Hiring: Learning Operations & Compliance Manager!
📍 Location: Milton Keynes, Hybrid (2 days per week in office + Regular Travel)
💰 Pay: £45,000 + £50,000 + Car Allowance
📅 Hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5hrs

About The Role
We're looking for a Learning Operations & Compliance Manager to lead the governance, systems, reporting and operational excellence that underpin learning across Securitas UK.
This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for learning compliance, assurance, technology and continuous improvement, ensuring we meet our regulatory, contractual and operational obligations while building organisational capability for the future.
You'll provide strategic oversight of learning operations, compliance frameworks, reporting and learning technology, giving senior leaders the insight and assurance needed to make informed decisions and manage risk effectively.
Job Description
What You'll Be Doing...
Learning Governance & Compliance
- Own and develop the UK Learning Governance & Compliance Framework.
- Act as the subject matter expert for learning compliance and assurance.
- Maintain mandatory, regulatory and role-specific training requirements.
- Lead audit readiness and compliance assurance activities.
- Identify and mitigate learning-related compliance risks.
- Provide regular compliance updates and assurance to senior leaders.
Learning Operations
- Lead the national Learning Operations function.
- Drive operational excellence, continuous improvement and service quality.
- Develop strong partnerships with training providers, awarding bodies and accreditation partners.
- Ensure learning services are efficient, scalable and customer-focused.

Systems, Technology & Reporting
- Own the Learning Management System (LMS) and learning technology roadmap.
- Drive automation, digital transformation and process improvement.
- Develop executive-level dashboards and compliance reporting.
- Deliver insight that supports workforce capability planning and business decision-making.
Leadership
- Lead, coach and develop the Learning Operations & Compliance team.
- Build a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Influence stakeholders across the business to champion compliance and capability.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For...
Essential
- Significant experience in Learning Operations, Learning Governance or Compliance.
- Experience managing and owning Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Excellent understanding of compliance in regulated environments.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Experience leading operational teams.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
- IQA qualification or equivalent experience.
Desirable
- Experience within security, aviation, facilities management, ports or other regulated sectors.
- Experience implementing learning technology solutions.
- Power BI or advanced reporting capability.
