OneAdvanced is moving fast — and we mean that literally. We're in the middle of an ambitious upskilling and reskilling agenda, underpinned by AI, that's reshaping how our people learn, grow, and work, and we need a Learning Operations Manager who thrives on pace, rigour, and getting things genuinely done.
You'll be joining an award-winning People team — recognised as CIPD People Team of the Year and HR Excellence People Team of the Year — inside a business named among the FT's Best Employers in Europe and one of the UK's most innovative companies. This isn't a team resting on its laurels; it's one that keeps raising the bar, and we're looking for someone who wants to help us raise it further.
If you love running apprenticeship strategy with real rigour, making external learning spend work harder, and turning data into decisions — and you want to do it at a company investing seriously in AI capability across its entire workforce — we'd love to hear from you.
What You Will Do
- Lead apprenticeship, internship and graduate strategy, programmes, governance and levy use, ensuring we make the most of every pound invested.
- Manage our apprenticeship providers end-to-end, overseeing compliance and completion rates.
- Manage external training requests, approvals and budgets, keeping spend accountable and outcomes visible.
- Recommend suppliers and evaluate learning outcomes, ensuring every partner and programme earns its place.
- Own learning reporting, dashboards and performance metrics, giving the business a clear, accurate view of what's working.
- Support annual planning, forecasting and budget tracking for the wider learning function.
- Use data to identify capability gaps and opportunities — including where our AI upskilling agenda needs to go next.
- Act as a trusted operational partner to the People team, bringing structure and consistency to a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
