Learning Operations Specialist
A leading global investment firm is hiring a Learning Operations Specialist to support their people growth and development agenda as the business continues to scale.
This is a newly created role reporting into an L&D Director. A core focus will be around how learning gets delivered across the business, running the firm's LMS platform day-to-day, keeping course assignments, sign-ups, notifications and reporting accurate and up to date, and making sure completion data is robust. A significant part of the job involves working alongside HR, Securities and Compliance colleagues each year to get mandatory regulatory training out to the whole firm on time. You'll be the main point of contact for the platform provider, sorting out technical or access issues as they crop up, and putting documented processes in place so the function runs smoothly. You will also explore how the firm's tools and AI capability could be used more effectively over time.

Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of learning across the business
- Run the firm's LMS platform day-to-day
- Keep course assignments, sign-ups, notifications, and reporting accurate and up to date
- Ensure completion data is robust
- Work alongside HR, Securities, and Compliance colleagues to deliver mandatory regulatory training
- Serve as the main point of contact for the platform provider

Requirements
- 4-8 years' experience in a similar role
- Background centred on L&D operations or Talent Development
- Exposure to e-learning authoring tools
- Organized and detail-focused
- Ability to juggle multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Experience adding processes to new workflows
