We’re scaling fast, and we need an energetic, creative Learning Partner to help us unlock high performance capabilities across our global business. Based out of our Salford Quays office, this international role is dedicated to unlocking human potential, elevating leadership capabilities, and building modern learning experiences across our growing business in the UK, Europe and beyond.

You don’t need to be a software developer or technical SME; we are looking for a learning designer and facilitator with creative flair who knows how to engage people, accelerate speed to competence, and build high trust partnerships across our support and operational functions.

The role would suit someone who has worked in a digital consultancy or digital/tech environment before and can work as part of a wider People team that operates at pace.

What You'll Drive

Learning Design & Facilitation

  • Design and deliver energetic, blended learning solutions, including interactive workshops, bite-sized modules, action learning, and digital learning nudges.
  • Build scalable development pathways focused on core consultancy skillsets, leadership capability, professional skills, and personal growth.
  • Bring creative flair to content creation, ensuring learning materials are visually engaging, modern, and learner focused.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
