About The Role
At Domino’s UK & Ireland, learning plays a vital role in helping our teams thrive. We're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Learning Platform Coordinator to support the delivery and management of our learning technology platforms, ensuring a seamless learning experience for colleagues across our franchise network. This role is a 12-Month Fixed Term Contract, offered as a Hybrid role, based in Milton Keynes.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administration and systems skills who enjoys working with data, technology, and stakeholders to make learning accessible, engaging, and impactful.
What you'll be doing
As our Learning Platform Coordinator, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day administration and maintenance of our learning platform, ensuring content and learning plans are configured, tested, and deployed accurately and on time.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and maintaining the learning platform, including user administration and platform configuration.
- Uploading, testing, publishing, and maintaining learning content.
- Building and managing learning plans to support business and franchise requirements.
- Ensuring learners have access to the right content at the right time.
- Testing new content and identifying any platform or user experience issues before launch.
- Providing first-line support for platform users and resolving queries promptly.
- Escalating technical issues where required and working with suppliers to support resolutions.
- Liaising with franchise stakeholders to manage franchise-specific learning requirements.
- Supporting continuous improvement of learning platform processes and communications.
- Producing reports and analysing learning data to support decision-making.

What success in this role looks like
- Learning content is accurately published and maintained within agreed timescales.
- Learners receive a smooth, high-quality platform experience.
- Learning plans are kept up to date and aligned with business requirements.
- Stakeholder queries are managed effectively and professionally.
- Learning data is maintained accurately and used to provide meaningful insight.
- Opportunities to improve processes and efficiency are proactively identified.
What we're looking for
- Experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS) or similar platform.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot system issues.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical skills with confidence working in Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
- Experience working with stakeholders across different teams.
Desirable
- Knowledge of HTML.
- Experience working with franchise or multi-site businesses.
- IT-related qualification or relevant learning technology experience.
