Job Title: Learning Program Manager
Job Location: London (25 Shoe Lane - London)
Work Mode: Onsite (Working Monday-Friday)

RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
How You Will Fulfill Your Potential
- Be proactive and responsive with team members and other stakeholders
- Demonstrate a proficiency in thoughtful and professional communication
- Create detailed and comprehensive project plans for global and local initiatives
- Keep the team organized on track toward key deliverables and outcomes
- Ensure accuracy of information related to learning events, conferences, or other meetings
- Be agile and able to learn various aspects of the business effectively
- Demonstrate the ability to think ahead, anticipate problems, and effectively carry out tasks
Basic Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager; PMP desirable but not required
- Expertise with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and organization, including ability to prioritize and track assigned tasks
- Ability to quickly learn new procedures, technologies and adapt to change
- Ability to develop, coach, and lead training coordinators, driving accountability and ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Ability to collaborate with local and global teams and clients both internally and externally

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, public relations, management, business consulting, communications, finance, marketing or a related field
- Experience in a related or similar role
MISCELLANEOUS
- Selected candidates will be expected to work generally between 8am-5pm Monday-Friday, with some days starting as early as 7am, depending on global meeting schedules.
- We expect candidates to work 5 days in the office.
