About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable Learning Program Manager to join our Global Learning team on a fixed-term basis to provide maternity leave coverage. This role will support the development, delivery, coordination, and continuous improvement of a diverse portfolio of learning and development programs.
Working closely with colleagues across London and the United States, the successful candidate will serve as a key member of a global team, helping ensure programs are executed with excellence while supporting a variety of operational, project management, and development activities. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys managing multiple priorities, building structure and consistency, and contributing across a broad range of learning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the end-to-end delivery of learning and development programs across multiple audiences and regions.
- Manage project plans, timelines, and communications to ensure successful program execution.
- Track key milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items across a portfolio of initiatives.
- Partner with internal stakeholders, facilitators, vendors, and team members to ensure a seamless participant experience.
- Support learning program development activities, including content updates, resource creation, quality reviews, and process improvements.
- Apply learning and development best practices to enhance program effectiveness and operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate program documentation, reporting, and administrative processes.
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of team standards, tools, and ways of working.
- Provide flexible support across the broader learning portfolio as business needs evolve.

Qualifications & Experience
- Experience managing learning and development programs, talent initiatives, training operations, or related projects.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience coordinating complex activities across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
- Understanding of adult learning principles and learning program delivery best practices.
- Fluent English, written and spoken, is essential.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project management tools.
- Experience working in a global and fast-paced professional environment is preferred.
