About RedSky Leadership Development

RedSky Leadership Development is a specialist leadership and management development consultancy. We work in partnership with organisations to create practical, engaging and impactful learning experiences that make a genuine difference to leaders, teams and businesses.

We're a small, collaborative team supported by a network of experienced leadership development partners. That means everyone plays an important part in the experience our clients and learners receive, and we're looking for someone who takes real pride in making things happen brilliantly behind the scenes.

The Role

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive Learning & Programme Coordinator to take ownership of the day-to-day coordination of our client programmes.

You'll be at the centre of our programme delivery, connecting clients, delegates, our internal team and our delivery partners to make sure everyone has what they need, when they need it.

From mapping programme dates and coordinating coaching sessions to preparing learning materials, producing 360 reports and keeping clients updated, you'll help ensure every RedSky programme feels seamless, professional and personal.

This is primarily a programme coordination role, but for someone interested in developing a career in Learning & Development, there will also be opportunities to support supervised learning design projects and develop your skills alongside our team.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Programme Coordination

  • Own and maintain our central training and programme planner
  • Create and manage end-to-end programme plans, ensuring key dates, milestones and actions are mapped and delivered
  • Coordinate workshops, coaching sessions, learning activities, events and delegate communications
  • Manage invitations, bookings, attendance information and programme logistics
  • Liaise directly with clients to coordinate programme activity and provide clear, timely updates
  • Anticipate what is needed ahead of delivery and proactively resolve coordination issues

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
