Learning and Performance Needs Analysis
Collaborate with intended learners and key stakeholders to conduct thorough learning and performance needs analyses. Identify gaps in skills and knowledge and determine authentic learning needs within a corporate context.
Curriculum Design
Develop user-centred, blended curriculum that aligns with authentic learning and performance needs. Design courses that promote workplace learning and enhance learning-to-learn capabilities.
Instructional Strategy Development
Design future-oriented instructional strategies that incorporate innovative and effective learning methodologies. Implement pedagogical approaches that support learning within and across various modes, including in-person and online environments.
Learning Resource Development
Develop user-centric learning resources, including multimedia elements, interactive modules, and engaging content. Ensure alignment with learning objectives and promote an effective and enjoyable learning experience.

Assessment Design

Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in education, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in instructional design methodologies, curriculum development, and adult learning with a focus on adult learners.
- Strong understanding of learning and performance needs analysis methodologies.
- Proficiency in designing user-centred blended curriculum and instructional strategies.
- Experience in developing assessments and utilizing formative and summative evaluation techniques.
- Familiarity with Generative AI tools for content creation and enhancement.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Certification in ACTA/ACLP is required.
- Certification in DACE/DDDLP preferred.
- Ability to work in an agile environment.
