Are you passionate about making a positive difference in the classroom?

Milk Education is working closely with several secondary schools across Liverpool that are seeking dedicated Classroom Support Staff, including Teaching Assistants, Learning Support Assistants, HLTA's to help pupils reach their full potential. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain valuable school-based experience or continue developing their career within education.

You'll play a vital role in supporting teachers, promoting engagement and helping create an inclusive learning environment where all pupils can succeed.

The Role:

  • Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils.
  • Encourage positive behaviour and classroom participation.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
  • Assist in the preparation of classroom resources and activities.
  • Support pupils with additional learning or emotional needs where required.

We Are Looking For:

  • Experience working with children or young people is desirable.
  • A patient, caring and proactive attitude.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A genuine passion for education and supporting young people.
  • Relevant qualifications are welcomed but not essential.
