Position: Learning Support Assistant
Location: Portsmouth
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4pm

Learning Support Assistant Key Responsibilities
- Provides both classroom and one-on-one support to help students stay focused and engaged.
- Adapts learning materials and activities to meet the unique needs of students, including those with SEN such as autism or ADHD.
- Collaborates with the class teacher to tailor learning strategies.
- Offers emotional support, boosting confidence and encouraging self-esteem.
- Tracks and monitors progress, working closely with the school's SENCO to develop and review individualized support plans.
