The Opportunity
You’ll be providing a range of support services both in and outside of the classroom to students who have a specific inclusion and support need which will enable them to achieve and progress. We offer a large range of support to students across our college on all college sites.
Our students are at the heart of our person-centred approach, and we support all our 120+ learning support staff to develop and embed outstanding skills and knowledge.
Broomfield Hall
As an LSA at our Broomfield campus, no day is ever the same. You could be supporting a group of students in their GCSE English and Maths classes one session and then off up to the farm to support students learning how to drive the tractor or cleaning out the livestock. Our students require support across all levels of study programme, from Entry Level to Level 3 programmes. Our students have a broad range of support needs with key areas for support being Dyslexia, Mental Health and Autism. We work with our students to develop their resilience and independence towards adult life.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
