About the Role

We're looking for a passionate and caring Learning Support Assistant to join our specialist team and help students overcome barriers to learning, build confidence, and achieve their full potential.

This is much more than a classroom support role. You'll work closely with students who require individualized support, helping them develop academically, socially, and emotionally. Every day brings new challenges, achievements, and opportunities to positively impact a young person's future.

Working alongside teachers, therapists, families, and external professionals, you'll play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing environment where students feel understood, valued, and empowered to succeed.

Whether you're an experienced Learning Support Assistant or someone with the right values, resilience, and passion for supporting young people with SEND, we'd love to hear from you.

What you will be doing

  • Providing dedicated 1:1 and small group support for students with additional needs
  • Helping students overcome social, emotional, communication, and learning barriers
  • Supporting students both inside and outside of the classroom to maximise engagement and progress
  • Building positive, trusting relationships that promote confidence, independence, and wellbeing
  • Working collaboratively with teachers, families, therapists, and external agencies
  • Contributing to a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment where every student can thrive

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
