Corton Primary School and Nursery are seeking a Learning Support Assistant (LSA).
Do you enjoy working with children? Are you an outstanding practitioner?
If so, we are looking for a passionate, professional, and dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our Early Years team.
You will have:
- A Level 3 Childcare Qualification or above from the approved DFE list of Level 3s
- Experience of working with children including children with additional needs
- Knowledge and experience of the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework
You will be:
- Able to remain calm and flexible to meet the needs of the different children
- A person who will treat children as individuals, enabling achievement for all
- An individual who is committed to and passionate about high-quality teaching
- Ready to learn as part of a team and be challenged to become the best that you can be
- Ready to share expertise and drive for school-wide improvement
- Committed to ensuring early years is a safe environment for children, staff, and others
