  • Salary: Grade 3 Point 4, £26,016 per annum pro rata (£10,494 actual)
  • Hours: 17.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year
  • Contract: Permanent, required to start November 2026

Pot Kiln Primary School are looking for an experienced, dedicated and passionate Learning Support Assistant to join our happy, supportive and forward-looking school. This role will be a mix of 1:1 and classroom-based support across our KS2 year groups, working morning from 8.30am - 12pm

We are looking for someone who:

  • has experience of working with children who have SEND
  • believes that all children have the potential to achieve great things
  • loves working as part of team, sharing ideas and learning from others
  • is keen to support the school community
  • has GCSE or equivalent level, including at least a Grade 4 (previously Grade C) in English and Math’s, NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification.
