Reeson Education is seeking a dedicated and resilient Learning Support Assistant for immediate start roles across primary schools in Enfield, including Edmonton, Enfield Town, Palmers Green, Southgate, and Winchmore Hill.

Responsibilities Of a Learning Support Assistant
- Provide 1:1 support as a Learning Support Assistant
- Support small group learning as a Learning Support Assistant
- Work with pupils with autism, ADHD, SEMH, and communication needs as a Learning Support Assistant
- Collaborate with teachers and SENCO as a Learning Support Assistant
- Support behaviour management and emotional development as a Learning Support Assistant

Requirements For a Learning Support Assistant
- Experience working as a Learning Support Assistant or with children with SEN
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
