Learning Support Assistant : KS1 : Primary School : Tower Hamlets (Near Shadwell Station)
Location: Tower Hamlets : Walking distance from Shadwell Station
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Full:time, Term:Time
Salary: GBP90:GBP105 per day (depending on experience)
A friendly and inclusive primary school in Tower Hamlets, just a short walk from Shadwell Station, is looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join their KS1 team immediately. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with young learners who benefit from tailored academic and emotional support.

Key Responsibilities As a Learning Support Assistant
- Support KS1 pupils on a 1:1 and small-group basis
- Assist the class teacher in delivering learning activities
- Adapt materials and approaches to meet individual learning needs
- Encourage confidence, independence, and participation
- Monitor progress and provide feedback to the teaching team

What The School Is Looking For
- Experience working with children in a primary school setting (KS1 preferred)
- A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive attitude and strong sense of responsibility
- DBS on the Update Service or willingness
