Secondary LSA | Brentwood

We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Secondary Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work in secondary schools across Brentwood. Looking for a Secondary LSA who...
- Holds a minimum 2:1 degree
- Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Is passionate about supporting young people and helping them succeed
- Is confident working with students on a one-to-one and small-group basis
- Has an interest in SEND, education, or teaching
- Is patient, resilient, adaptable, and eager to learn
- Can build positive relationships with students and staff
- Is confident supporting students with a range of learning and behavioural needs
As a Secondary LSA, you will work closely with teachers and pastoral teams to support students both inside and outside the classroom. You will provide one-to-one and small-group support, help students access the curriculum, encourage positive behaviour, and provide additional assistance to those who may require extra support with their learning.
The successful Secondary LSA will gain valuable experience working with a variety of year groups and learning needs while developing the practical skills required for a successful career in education.
