Learning Support Assistant (LSA)

  • 30 hours per week, Term Time only (39 Weeks)
  • (8.30am to 3.25pm Monday to Friday)

The Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, You Will

  • Provide targeted support for students with additional learning needs, both in and outside the classroom.
  • Help pupils overcome barriers to learning and develop independence and confidence.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, SEND professionals and pastoral staff to ensure students thrive.
  • Support students' social, emotional and academic development.
  • Receive comprehensive training, mentoring and ongoing professional development.

Experience in an educational setting is welcome but not essential. We value enthusiasm, commitment and the ability to make a positive difference.
