About The School - Beech Hall School

Set within a beautiful 16-acre site on the edge of the Peak District, Beech Hall School is a thriving independent school for children aged 6 months to 18 years. With small class sizes, high expectations and a personalised approach to learning, we empower every student to achieve their full potential.

Part of Outcomes First Group, we combine academic excellence with a rich range of sporting, creative and personal development opportunities, ensuring every child can thrive both in and beyond the classroom.

Guided by our values of Kindness, Respect, Integrity and Ambition, we are proud to foster an inclusive, supportive community where students and colleagues are encouraged to believe in themselves, embrace opportunities and become the very best version of themselves.

Role Purpose

Beech Hall School is seeking a caring and dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our Enhanced Learning Team. You'll support students with a range of SEND needs, including Autism, ADHD and Dyslexia, helping them build confidence, independence and achieve success.

More than a classroom support role, this position is about developing trusted relationships, empowering students to thrive, and providing personalised support that makes a lasting difference.

As an LSA, you'll work closely with teachers, the SENDCo, parents and external professionals to deliver targeted support in the classroom, in small groups and on a one-to-one basis, helping students achieve their full potential.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
