Marston Green Infant Academy
Marston Green Infant Academy is seeking to appoint a skilled Learning Support Assistant to support our SEND pupils. This post may include small group support, intervention, and lunchtime support.
We are looking for a colleague who:
- Is able to demonstrate a knowledge and understanding of children with complex needs, such as social, emotional and mental health
- Is able to respond directly to our children’s needs and provide them with the relevant and timely support, especially with nurture
- Is passionate about raising standards and is committed to our pupils
- Is able to challenge and motivate all of our pupils to achieve their very best
- Is enthusiastic and self-motivated
- Is able to work independently and also plan co-operatively with colleagues
- Has exemplary organisational and communication skills

Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent is essential, together with English and Maths GCSE Grade C or above.
Hours
- Monday to Friday, 12:15 pm to 3.30 pm (16.25 hours), term time only
Salary
- Actual Salary: £9,644 - £9,950
Employment Details
- This is a fixed term post and will end on 31 August 2027.
- Interviews will be held on Friday 25 September 2026.
