Fixed Term: 02/11/26 – 20/12/27 (fixed term with the potential to extend)
Salary: Band 3 – £19,008 Actual (£25,948 FTE)
Working hours: 8.30am - 3.15pm with a 30 minute lunch break

St Jude’s is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated Learning Support Assistant to join our dedicated Early Years Foundation Stage team, in a warm, friendly and inclusive school.
You will be committed to the care of our children. A team player who is kind, patient, dependable and able to remain calm and positive in every situation. Enthusiastic, creative and willing to go above and beyond to help pupils engage, learn and thrive.
We can offer excellent line management, an experienced team of class-based and one-to-one LSA’s ready to share their knowledge, skills and expertise, plus wonderful children with a real enthusiasm for learning.
A knowledge of the primary day, interventions and classroom experience supporting individuals or in groups, is preferable, as is an interest in specific learning needs of children. The successful candidate must be flexible, able to manage their time and workload, be highly professional and have a track record of excellent attendance and appropriate literacy skills. You will need to have grade C or above (or equivalent) in Maths and English and a high standard of both written and spoken literacy.
