We are seeking to employ new Learning Support Assistants to join our team. Could you support, motivate and guide pupils to help them overcome barriers that are preventing them from achieving their full potential? In this pivotal role, you will work closely with teachers to create an environment where all belongs and deliver interventions to enable all pupils to achieve their very best.

What is the job role?

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Commitment to establishing relationships with pupils, parents, carers and colleagues
  • Commitment to establishing positive and supportive relationships with pupils, parents, carers and colleagues, including a dedication to promoting positive behaviour strategies and supporting pupils with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs.
