Year 6 Learning Support Assistant : Thurrock, Essex : ASAP Start
Reeson Education is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to join welcoming primary schools across Thurrock for an immediate start. This Year 6 Learning Support Assistant role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting children with additional needs and making a real difference in the classroom every day.

Responsibilities Of a Learning Support Assistant
- Provide 1:1 support as a Learning Support Assistant to pupils with additional needs
- Deliver small group interventions as a Learning Support Assistant
- Assist children with autism, ADHD, SEMH, and communication needs as a Learning Support Assistant
- Work alongside teachers and SENCOs as a Learning Support Assistant to support learning plans
- Promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation as a Learning Support Assistant
- Help create an inclusive classroom environment as a Learning Support Assistant

Requirements For a Learning Support Assistant
