Job Title
We are looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate and empathetic Learning Support Care Assistant with a commitment to supporting young adults with learning disabilities to achieve their ambitions.
Role Description
This role involves supporting learners in their drama-based work and life skills programme as well as providing personal hygiene and intimate care in a respectful and dignified manner.
Job Details
- Salary: £24,500 FTE
- Hours: 3.5 days per week (Tuesdays, Wednesday afternoons, Thursdays and Fridays).
- Term: Permanent term-time only (September-July).
- Start date: November 2026
- Based: Guildford
