The successful candidate will provide operational leadership and coordination of SEND provision across the school, acting as a key point of contact for pupils, parents, staff, and external agencies. To also support the effective implementation of statutory SEND processes, coordinate the work of the Learning Support Team, and ensure continuity of SEND provision during periods when the SENDCo is not on site. The postholder will also play a significant role in maintaining day-to-day SEND operations and responding to emerging issues while escalating statutory and strategic matters appropriately.
