Salary: Grade 6, Scale Point 6: £10,573 per annum*

Contract: Permanent, 17.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time plus inset days)

We are seeking to appoint a dedicated and nurturing Learning Support Mentor to join our friendly and inclusive primary school team, working Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 12pm. This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils academically and emotionally, helping them to thrive in a positive, caring environment.

The Role Will Include

  • Working one to one or with small groups to support learning across curriculum
  • Support pupils to achieve their potential
  • Assist teachers in delivering tailored interventions and learning strategies
  • Encourage confidence, independence and a love of learning
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and families
