Location: Fairholme Primary School. Peacock Avenue, Feltham, TW14 8ET
Salary: £33,129 – £35,109 per annum

Learning Support Practitioner (LSP)
Salary: Grade 5, 11- 15
£33,129 – £35,109 per annum
Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm
Fixed Term contract until 31st August 2027
Part-time, term-time. including INSET days
Start date: As soon as possible

Are you an enthusiastic, caring and adaptable Learning Support Practitioner who wants to make a real difference to children's lives?
We are looking for an inspiring and dedicated Learning Support Practitioner to join our wonderful school and work alongside our committed teachers and support staff.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with KS2 children and is passionate about helping every child reach their potential. You will provide support across the classroom, work with individuals and small groups, deliver targeted interventions and help children overcome barriers to learning.
You will play an important role in helping our pupils to develop confidence, independence and a love of learning, while ensuring that every child feels valued, included and able to achieve.

- Has proven experience of working with children in KS2
- Is passionate about supporting children to achieve and make progress
- Builds positive, respectful relationships with children and adults
- Can adapt their approach to meet individual learning and SEND needs
- Is confident supporting individuals, small groups and whole-class learning
- Has a positive and consistent approach to behaviour
- Is organised, proactive and able to use their initiative
- Works well as part of a team and is committed to professional development
- Has a good standard of written and spoken English
- Shares our commitment to safeguarding, inclusion and high expectations for every child
