The Trust Board are looking to appoint a caring and highly motivated Level 2 Learning Support Practitioner to join our welcoming and friendly team.
The successful candidate will:
- Be an excellent Level 2 Learning Support Practitioner, who can motivate and inspire children.
- Be able to support a small number of children with additional needs.
- Encourage and help develop independence, self-confidence, and social skills.
- Monitor and track the progress of children.
- Have high expectations of themselves and others and be committed to raising standards in learning and teaching.
- Have a knowledge of SEN and how to support children with diverse needs.
- A commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
- Demonstrate drive, ambition and openness to learning and personal development.
- Be sympathetic to the Christian ethos of the school.
- Have strong communication skills which show integrity in the workplace by being honest, trustworthy and transparent while also acknowledging the needs of others and showing empathy.

This post is 21.25 hours per week, term time only + 1 week & fixed term July 2027 due to SEN funding.
Grade
Grade C SCP 5 - 8 £- 25,583 - £26,824 p.a. (Actual Salary £13,054 - £13,924p.a.)
