We are looking to recruit a Learning Technologies Lead to support the continued use and further development of our Virtual Learning Environment and Learning Technology resources to ensure that the Trust and its’ partners have appropriate learning resources in order to effectively support learner needs both now and in the future.

The role will ensure that the Trust and its’ partners have appropriate learning resources in order to effectively support learner needs both now and in the future.

The role of the Learning Technologies Lead will be to build, maintain and develop the Trusts online training capability and its associated virtual learning environment (VLE).

This will include:

  • The production of course materials and content
  • Planning for and coordination of eLearning activities and resources
  • Establishing forums for interactive discussions and peer-to-peer supported coursework areas
  • Accreditation of courseware
  • Maximizing course completion rates
  • Maintaining learner records
  • Design and implementation of online monitoring and evaluation systems
