Job Title: Learning Technologist
Salary: £38,000 - £40,000
Location: Remote – London 2 times per month
Position: Full time permanent
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established professional membership organisation, taking ownership of the day-to-day management of its learning technology and digital platforms.
As a Learning Technologist, you will oversee the LMS, focusing on system administration, configuration, integrations, user management and technical support. You will work closely with internal teams and third-party suppliers to maintain and improve the platform.
You will also deliver workshops and staff training, advise colleagues on learning technology, and support the introduction of new tools and systems across the organisation.

The organisation provides professional development, education and membership services, with digital learning playing an increasingly important role in its offering. You will work closely with teams across learning, content, IT, operations, commercial and membership, making this a highly collaborative and visible position within the organisation.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong experience administering and managing Learning Management Systems
- Experience with LMS configuration, user management, permissions and platform maintenance
- Experience working with CRM systems, data and/or databases
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting integrations and working with third-party technology suppliers
- Ability to analyse LMS data and develop reporting and insights
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience delivering workshops, training or guidance around learning technology
- Experience working within a learning, education or professional development environment
- Confidence researching and recommending new learning technologies and digital solutions

Desirable Experience
- Experience using Brightspace
- Experience within a professional membership or chartered organisation
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, UX and UI principles
- Experience working with CRM-to-LMS integrations
- Training or events management experience
