INTRO

We are easyJet – a FTSE listed, £multi-billion low-cost airline that serves tens of millions of customers every single year. If you’re reading this, you have probably already been an easyJet customer, and you’ll know that there is no more iconic (or Orange!) travel brand in Europe.

We fly more than 1,207 routes, connecting 38 countries across Europe, and employ more than 18,000 colleagues. We’re on a mission to make low-cost travel easy – and whatever your role here, you’ll connect millions of people to what they love using Europe’s best airline network, great value fares, and friendly service.

What makes us easyJet? Our Promise Behaviours - we are Safe, Bold, Welcoming and Challenging. Four Behaviours. One Spirit. One easyJet.

READ ON IF YOU

  • Have experience in aircraft leasing or a related field, with a good understanding of operating leases and maintenance compensation structures.
  • Enjoy analysing complex data, identifying cost-saving opportunities and turning your findings into clear recommendations.
  • Want to help optimise the financial and operational performance of a large leased aircraft fleet.
  • Are passionate about aviation, aircraft and engine management, and continuous improvement.
  • Can be in our fantastic Luton head office 3 x per week.

THE TEAM

Our Aircraft Trading and Leasing Team manages easyJet’s fleet of more than 360 Airbus A320 Family aircraft from a financial, contractual and ownership perspective. This includes both owned and leased aircraft. We are a small, experienced team with a shared passion for aviation and for delivering the best possible value from the ownership, financing and management of our aircraft assets.

Sitting within Treasury as part of our wider Finance function, we work closely with Fleet Procurement and Planning, Fleet Finance, Legal, Engineering and Maintenance, and Operations. Aircraft leasing is an integral part of the aviation industry, and our low-cost mindset drives us to find better value in every transaction, decision and improvement.

THE ROLE

As our Leased Aircraft Asset Management Analyst, you will help reduce the cost of operating easyJet’s fleet of more than 140 leased aircraft through innovation, detailed analysis and optimisation. You will also support the wider team across a broad range of aircraft asset management, leasing, financing and administration activities.

Reporting to the Aircraft Trading, Leasing and Contracts Manager, you will become a key source of expertise in leased aircraft optimisation. You will help develop and operate the Leased Aircraft Optimisation System, known as LAOS, and connect its outputs with wider efficiency initiatives across easyJet.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
