Leasehold Manager

Are you organised, customer-focused and confident managing a varied workload? Join us as a Leasehold Manager and take responsibility for delivering a high-quality property management service across a portfolio of residential and mixed-tenure estates.

As the main point of contact for your customers, you'll build strong relationships and deal with a wide range of queries and issues. You'll carry out regular site and estate inspections, work with colleagues and contractors, manage customer disputes and help ensure our estates and buildings are well managed and maintained.

This is a varied role where you'll manage your own portfolio and work closely with teams across the business. You'll also work alongside our Service Charge team to support accurate and transparent charges, while keeping up to date with leasehold, building safety and housing legislation.

We're looking for someone with strong communication and organisational skills who enjoys building relationships and solving problems. Experience in property management, particularly working with leaseholders and service charges, would be highly advantageous. However, we're also keen to hear from candidates with transferable experience gained in other areas of housing.

These roles involve regular travel across your designated portfolio, so a full UK driving licence and access to a car is required. We have two opportunities available, with one role covering the West London area and the other covering Spelthorne.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
