Leasehold Manager

Are you organised, customer-focused, and confident managing a varied workload? Join us as a Leasehold Manager and take responsibility for delivering a high-quality property management service across a portfolio of residential and mixed-tenure estates.

As the main point of contact for your customers, you'll build strong relationships and deal with a wide range of queries and issues. You'll carry out regular site and estate inspections, work with colleagues and contractors, manage customer disputes, and help ensure our estates and buildings are well managed and maintained.

This is a varied role where you'll manage your own portfolio and work closely with teams across the business. You'll also work alongside our Service Charge team to support accurate and transparent charges, while keeping up to date with leasehold, building safety, and housing legislation.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience in a customer-facing property management, housing, or related role.
  • Experience working with leaseholders and knowledge of service charges would be highly advantageous.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly in writing, in person, and over the telephone.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage a varied workload and competing priorities.
  • Confident in building positive relationships with customers, colleagues, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyse complex information, draw logical conclusions, and make informed decisions.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to maintain accurate records and prepare reports.
  • Knowledge of current housing law and best practice would be advantageous.
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English (Grades A*–C / Grade 4 or above).
  • TPI membership or a willingness to work towards this would be advantageous.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car.

Locations

  • One role covering the West London area.
  • One role covering Spelthorne.

Requirements

  • A Standard DBS check is required for these roles.
