We are seeking a highly skilled Leasing Account Manager to join a reputable automotive business in Stockport. This position offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic and expanding company, with excellent earning potential and clear career development paths.

- Competitive basic salary of £36,000
- Uncapped OTE earnings of £50,000+ with top earners exceeding £70,000
- Monday to Friday working hours, 09:00 - 17:30

Duties Of The Leasing Account Manager
- Managing and developing an existing portfolio of leasing customers
- Handling new enquiries, converting prospects into leasing contracts
- Building strong, ongoing relationships with clients and maximising repeat business
- Advising customers on suitable vehicle and finance options
- Negotiating deals to meet individual and team sales targets
- Maintaining accurate customer records and delivering exceptional customer service
- Identifying opportunities to upsell additional products and services to increase revenue

Requirements Of The Leasing Account Manager
- Leasing experience or significant automotive finance experience is essential
- Proven track record in vehicle leasing, car finance, or automotive sales
- Demonstrable success in achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident and commercially aware approach
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Motivated to maximise earnings and progress within the industry
- Professional, customer-focused attitude
- Individuals without relevant leasing or substantial automotive finance experience will not be considered
