The Opportunity
I’m currently looking to speak with experienced Shopping Centre Leasing/Agency professionals to join a growing London-based team, working across a strong portfolio of landlord leasing instructions.
The role will focus primarily on shopping centre leasing and agency, with the opportunity to become involved in occupier advisory work for candidates with an interest in developing that side of their career.
The Role
You will work as part of an established Agency team, taking responsibility for a number of high-profile landlord shopping centre leasing instructions.
Examples of Instructions
- Major regional shopping centres, including shopping centres in major cities
- Instructions inside and outside the M25
The team operates a flexible resourcing model, responding to client requirements, new instructions and the career development of its people. As you establish yourself within the team and demonstrate your capabilities, there will be the opportunity to take on additional instructions, greater responsibility and a broader client remit.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
