Role Description

Good computing skills are essential (Outlook, Word, Excel, basic website). Great organizational and self-management skills are also essential. Driving Licence and Leasing Experience Absolutely Essential.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of leases and lease administration, including drafting, reviewing, and explaining lease terms.
- Skills in property management and residential leasing to support the full rental cycle and ongoing tenancy oversight.
- Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with landlords, tenants, and prospective clients.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple properties, inquiries, and administrative tasks.
- Relevant experience in residential property leasing or estate agency, preferably within the Aberdeen market.
- Ability to work on-site, including conducting property viewings and inspections, and collaborating closely with the property management team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail in documentation and record-keeping.
- Proficiency with basic office software and property management systems; a valid driver’s license is Absolutely Essential.
