Leasing Consultant

South Manchester + Small Area to Cover

Company car / Car Allowance Included

This is a leasing/lettings role you'll have never seen before. A rare chance to join a major fast-growing owner that's expanding across multiple regions and building a brand-new leasing function from the ground up. They're scaling quickly, investing heavily, and creating modern rental communities across a mixture of homes and apartment living.

You'll be working directly with a senior leader known for developing people, promoting internally and building high-performing teams. Someone who has supported multiple promotions in previous roles and is now shaping a new, modern leasing operation. If you want progression, modern systems, proper support and a business that genuinely invests in its people, this is the moment to move.

This is modern leasing, AI-supported enquiry qualification, streamlined systems, automated viewing pipelines and all designed so you can focus on the one thing that earns you commission: building relationships and closing deals. It's fast-moving, people-focused, tech-enabled and built for those who want to earn well and grow quickly.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
