Leasing Manager - Central London
Cobalt have partnered with a leading UK real estate investment and asset management business, looking to appoint a Leasing Manager to join their Central London office leasing team.
The business owns and manages a high-quality portfolio of commercial assets, including some of London’s leading office campuses. This is a highly transactional, client-facing role offering exposure across both conventional offices and flexible workspace.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage leasing transactions from initial enquiry through to completion
- Negotiate with occupiers, agents and advisers
- Manage renewals, regears and lease events
- Build strong relationships with occupiers and brokers
- Support leasing strategy, pricing and business plans
- Manage multiple transactions and maintain leasing pipelines
The Ideal Candidate
- Leasing experience, ideally within London offices or flexible workspace
- Strong understanding of the transactional side of leasing
- Commercially minded with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable managing a high volume of transactions
- MRICS beneficial but not essential
