Position: Leasing Manager
Reporting to: Head of Asset Management
Location: 159-161 Sheriff Street Upper, Dublin 1 (Hybrid)
Contract type: Permanent
Salary: €57,224 - €78,684 (DOE)
The role is responsible for managing Clúid's portfolio of non-residential units across all developments, including offices, community centres and other non-residential spaces. This covers maintaining an accurate tenancy schedule of leases and rent review dates, arranging inspections, and making sure all compliance requirements are met and kept up to date.
Working closely with the Asset Management team, the Leasing Manager plays a key role in making sure the non-residential units are properly looked after and managed consistently across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain a tenancy schedule of all commercial units across Clúid Housing’s developments including lease terms, rent, rent review dates and tenant contact details
- Track rent reviews and lease expiry dates ensuring leases are valid and up to date
- Arrange and carry out regular inspections of commercial units to check condition and identify any repairs needed
- Make sure all commercial tenants have valid insurance in place and are regulatory compliance for Fire Safety Cert, Disability Access Cert, etc
- Act as the main point of contact for commercial tenants, dealing with day-to-day queries and issues
- Work with the Asset Management team to flag any units that need maintenance or refurbishment
- Support with new lettings of vacant commercial units, including liaising with agents and solicitors where required
- Keep records up to date so Clúid has a reliable tenancy schedule and can pull information quickly when needed
- Report regularly to management on the performance and status of the commercial portfolio

Person Specification
- Relevant experience in property or lease management, ideally including commercial units
- Good working knowledge of commercial leases and rent review processes
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable liaising with tenants, solicitors and other stakeholders
- Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel to sites
Experience/Qualifications
Desirable
- Degree or professional qualification in Property/Real Estate, Surveying, or a related discipline
- Membership of the SCSI, RICS, or equivalent professional body (or working towards)
- Experience working in the not-for-profit or housing sector
