Know Build to Rent inside out and want the chance to build something from the ground up? This is your opportunity to launch a brand new rental operation and become the go-to BTR expert for a business making its first move into the sector.
About our client
Our client is an established residential business stepping into the Build to Rent market for the first time. This is a genuine fresh start for them in the BTR space, and they're looking for the right person to lead it.
The role
This is a newly created position leading the launch and day-to-day running of a new BTR offering within a wider residential estate. You'll take one block of around 160 apartments and shape the rental service from scratch, becoming the client's in-house BTR specialist. You'll own the full resident journey while advising the business on best practice, compliance and legislation. It's an onsite role, Monday to Friday.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
