OUR MISSION

To become the car-changing destination of choice. By combining technology, media and deep automotive expertise, we've turned how people buy, sell, advertise and lease cars on its head.

What started as a simple reviews site is now one of the largest online car-changing destinations in Europe. Last year alone we grew over 50% with nearly £3bn worth of cars bought on site, while £1.8bn of cars were listed for sale through our Sell My Car service.

In 2024 we went big and acquired Autovia - creators of AutoExpress and Evo magazines - doubling our audience overnight. Together we now have one of the biggest YouTube channels in the world with almost 10m subscribers and over 1.1 billion annual views, while we sell 1.2 million print copies of our magazines and have an annual web content reach over 350million.

And we’re a long way from done!

YOUR MISSION

Make sure UK Leasing always has the best-priced, best-covered deals in the market, so our sales team can draw more leads and convert more of them. This means owning the overall competitiveness of our marketplace, the deals every partner lists on it as well as Leasey's own, not just our own broker's position. You are the pricing engine behind the offer set: you find where we are missing competitive supply, own the ratebooks that power the marketplace, keep pricing accurate day to day, and guide Procurement and the Marketplace commercial team on where to find deals and at what price.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyse funder ratebooks and the Carwow marketplace to identify demand-supply whitespace, and guide the Procurement team on where to focus their supply-finding and at what price points.
  • Own and manage all ratebooks, including building custom ratebooks where a supplier does not provide one, and continually improving the efficiency of that process.
  • Manage ratebook uploads to the Carwow marketplace and third-party aggregators. Own pricing accuracy on a daily basis, removing deals and capping leads where necessary.
  • Act as the in-office pricing expert and advisor to Procurement when they uncover supply opportunities, such as dealer finance deals or commitment batches.
  • Build the models and tooling, using AI where it helps, that make pricing and the wider commercial team faster and more accurate.
  • Own the monitoring of supply and deal competitiveness across the whole Carwow marketplace, tracked by brand, model, category and partner. This covers the overall competitiveness of the deals on our marketplace, not only Leasey's own position.
  • Work with the Marketplace commercial team to make sure we are sourcing the best supply from our broker partners, using the whitespace and competitiveness analysis to steer what we ask partners for.
  • Track competitor pricing and deal scores across the market, and turn the picture into clear guidance and priorities for both Procurement and Marketplace.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong analytical skills. Expert in Excel or Sheets, comfortable with BI tooling (Looker, Power BI) and ideally SQL.
  • Comfortable building models and tooling, and adept at using AI tools such as Claude and Cursor to work faster and more accurately.
  • A good grasp of vehicle leasing economics: how a monthly rental is built from residual value, cost of funds, on-the-road price, VAT and commission, and how ratebooks work. We will support the right person in deepening this.
  • High attention to detail and a bias for accuracy, with the discipline to own a daily operational process where errors are visible to Sales and customers.
  • Commercially minded and confident advising a Procurement team, able to turn analysis into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Understanding of how marketplaces work, including the interplay of demand and supply liquidity (desirable).
  • Experience in vehicle leasing, motor finance, or another data-rich commercial or pricing environment (desirable).
  • Based at, or able to work from, our Winnersh office, partnering with Procurement in person.
