Lecturer: College Setting

Location: Birmingham

Pay Rate: GBP 180 - GBP 200 per day

About The Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and dedicated Lecturer to join a college in Birmingham.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator to deliver high-quality teaching and learning, support student achievement, and contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons to students.
  • Assess, monitor, and record learner progress.
  • Provide support and guidance to help students achieve their goals.
  • Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation.
  • Promote a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to support student success.

Requirements

  • Relevant degree or professional qualification.
  • Previous lecturing or teaching experience within a college or educational setting.
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills.
  • Ability to engage and motivate learners.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people and vulnerable adults.
  • Teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS, or equivalent) desirable.
