Regent Hill London is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Lecturer in Business and Management to join our growing academic team. You will be an adaptable, engaging educator who brings business concepts to life through discussion, storytelling and practical scenarios, inspiring postgraduate students to challenge ideas, apply their learning and think independently.

Regent Hill London is a newly established, globally focused business school in the heart of Holborn. Our 12-month MBA and MSc programmes combine academic rigour, applied learning and entrepreneurial thinking. With degrees awarded by the University of Greater Manchester, we develop commercially astute, globally minded and ethically grounded future leaders.
The Role
As a Lecturer, you will design, develop and deliver interactive, intellectually challenging teaching across our postgraduate business programmes. You will adapt your approach to each cohort, encouraging debate and practical business application. Alongside teaching, you will assess student work, provide academic and pastoral support, and contribute to curriculum development, quality assurance and scholarship.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging postgraduate lectures, seminars and tutorials through discussion, storytelling and practical business scenarios
- Adapt teaching to each cohort, encouraging critical thinking, debate and the application of business concepts
- Develop and update teaching materials, module content and digital learning platforms
- Design assessments, mark student work and provide timely, constructive feedback
- Monitor attendance, engagement and assessment submissions, supporting student progress and success
- Provide academic and pastoral support as a Personal Academic Tutor, signposting students to specialist services where needed
- Contribute to quality assurance, moderation, module and programme evaluations, and curriculum enhancement
- Collaborate with colleagues and engage in scholarship to strengthen teaching practice and the student experience
- Lead modules and coordinate associate lecturers where allocated, maintaining consistent teaching and assessment standards
Essential:
- A PHD in a relevant business-related field
- Experience teaching in Higher Education, with strong digital teaching capability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of HE quality assurance and validation processes
- A flexible, student-focused approach and commitment to continuous improvement
- Willingness to work towards a teaching qualification (if not already held)

Desirable:
- DBA (or near completion) or equivalent industry experience
- Research or enterprise activity involvement
- Teaching qualification (FHEA, SHEA, PGCAP, AHEA)
- Experience leading modules or academic teams
