About The Role

Trade the Trowel for the Classroom: Shape the Next Generation of Bricklayers

Are you a brickwork professional ready to step off the scaffolding and into a rewarding new career? This is your opportunity to put down the tools and inspire the next generation of skilled construction workers.

Whether you are an experienced site professional looking to pass on your trade secrets, or an established tutor seeking a fresh challenge, we want your passion. We are expanding our curriculum to build a regional Centre of Excellence, and we need dedicated experts to help us lay the foundations for our students' success.

Your Role

  • Deliver outstanding teaching and assessments up to Level 3.
  • Lead diverse programmes, including school leavers, adult learners, and apprentices.
  • Teach in both environments, splitting your time between practical workshops and the classroom.
  • Motivate and mentor students with an enthusiastic, engaging approach that helps them reach their full potential.

You will…

  • Innovate: Develop creative learning resources and embrace digital tools to keep lessons fresh and engaging.
  • Collaborate: Act as a key player within our team, working alongside management and colleagues to hit ambitious departmental goals.

Your Qualifications

  • A Level 3 Vocational Qualification in Brickwork (or equivalent).
  • A teaching qualification and Assessor award (or the drive and willingness to work towards them while on the job).
  • Level 2 English and Maths (or a commitment to achieve these with our support).

We understand that no candidate will perfectly match every qualification or criterion listed. If your experience differs from what we've outlined but you believe you can contribute to this role, we encourage you to apply!

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
